Ryan is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Ryobi Die Casting (USA) where he leads strategic planning and vision for all North American business operations. Before being appointed President & COO in 2019, Ryan served as the Vice President of Finance and was responsible for analyzing and reporting on financial performance. He has been with Ryobi since 1995. Ryan obtained his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University and his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Rick is the Vice President of Sales and Advanced Engineering at Ryobi Die Casting (USA). Rick has been at Ryobi since 2017. He has over thirty years of automotive aluminum casting experience with time spent at one other tier 1 automotive supplier and leading the production engineering team for Toyota Motor North America’s in-house casting plants. Rick obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University.
Michael joined Ryobi Die Casting(USA) 8 years ago. With over 27 years of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry, he is currently the Vice President of Quality and Casting Support. Michael obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Indianapolis, as well as a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Michael went onto obtain his MBA, with a focus in Organizational Leadership from the University of Indianapolis.
George is the Executive Vice President of North American Die Cast Planning at Ryobi Die Casting (USA) where he is responsible for strategy development and technical leadership of die casting and finish departments. Previously, he served as the Manufacturing Manager at Ryobi Die Casting (Piedmont Casting Division), in South Carolina. Prior to that, he worked with R&D and Die Cast Engineering at Ryobi Limited, Japan. George joined Ryobi in 1987 and has 35 years of expertise in the automotive casting industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Science and Engineering from Chuo University in Tokyo.
Andy is the Senior Director of Engineering & Project Development at Ryobi Die Casting (USA) where he is responsible for coordinating all aspects of launching new business projects for the US and Mexico operations. He has served in this position since 2018 and is also responsible for coordinating the engineering activities of secondary operations. Andy obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
Lori is the Director of Accounting at Ryobi Die Casting (USA).In addition to overseeing activities in the accounting department at the Shelbyville location, she also prepares the financial plan for the North American business operation. Before being promoted to director in 2019, she served as the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis and was responsible for analyzing financial performance and preparing annual business plans and monthly forecasting. Lori started her career with Ryobi in 2009as the Manager of Accounting. Lori received her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University, and her master’s degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
John is the Senior HR Director at Ryobi Die Casting (USA) where he is responsible for the HR activities which support US operations. He has served in this position since 2009, responsible for compensation, benefit plan design, training and recruiting, performance assessment management and positive associate relations. John obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Penn State University and his MBA from Penn State University, the Behrend College.
Dave is the Sr. Director of Operations where he is responsible for all Production, Planning and Facilities management. Dave has been with Ryobi since 2017. He has worked with Japanese–American automotive suppliers for over 24 years and was a member of the original Honda America Lean Network. Dave obtained his degree in Business Operations from IUPUI, Indianapolis.
